Bill Noonan, Managing Director, Executive Vice President
Alliant Construction Services Group

Bill joined Alliant Construction Services Group in 2018, specializes in construction and real estate, and focusing on building client risk strategies. Prior to joining Alliant, Bill was the U.S. leader of construction for a global insurance brokerage firm. His experience includes serving as Risk Manager at an Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 20 General Contractor, where he oversaw the corporate insurance program, rolling CCIP program, Subcontractor Default program, Enterprise Risk Management, Subcontractor Pre-Qualification, Surety, and all other risk and insurance related functions. Prior to that, Noonan was a Regional Director of Risk Management for an ENR top five contractor. Bill is asked to speak often and share his experience on construction risk management at construction, risk, and legal conferences.

Bill has worked on some of the largest construction projects in the United States including stadiums, hospital, universities, bridges, tunnels, data centers, commercial office towers, high rise residential and many other types of buildings. Bill has worked closely with architects, engineers, and other professional construction consultants as well as many specialty trade contractors including, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), Curtain Wall, Steel Fabrication, Elevator manufacturers and contractors, Steel Fabricators, and many other trade crafts. He holds a property and casualty license in multiple states and was the 2013 recipient of the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) Words of Wisdom Award, awarded annually to recognize outstanding speakers in the Risk Management industry.
