Anna Roach, Executive Director of the Atlanta Regional Commission, will explore the historic opportunities presented by the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. This legislation will double federal funding for transportation over the next five years while also providing investments to improve climate resiliency, bridge the digital divide, and improve community equity. She will discuss strategies for navigating this complex law and some of the challenges that must be addressed, such as expanding the pipeline of skilled construction workers.
