The session will be followed by an in-office happy hour. \nTopic: Site selection consulting is the practice of identifying new locations for clients by considering multiple factors. Many firms view site selection as the assessment of land and/or existing structures but this only property evaluation. Full site selection has many additional facets and is the true beginning of the facility lifecycle. Site selection takes into consideration: material and transportation logistics studies\, workforce evaluations\, wage surveys\, land/building evaluations\, utility analysis\, permitting\, tax structures\, legal\, and incentive negotiations.
