Mr. Johnson previously served as an engineering consultant on water\, wastewater and reuse infrastructure design projects for public utilities in the southeast.  Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Engineering and a resident of the City of Atlanta. \n  \n\nKerry Williams | Engineering Manager\, DeKalb County Watershed Management\nKerry Williams\, P.E.\, PMP is a Professional Engineer and Engineering Manager for the Engineering Division of the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management.  Mr. Williams oversees all engineering design projects within the Department of Watershed Management. He also oversees engineering design for the $1.3 billion DeKalb sewer consent decree program.  Mr. Williams is a resident of DeKalb County and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He has a civil engineering degree from the University of South Carolina. He is also a certified project management professional. \n  \n\n \nLisa Willis | Director of Strategic Programming\, Gwinnett County Water Resources\nLisa Willis is a Professional Engineer and Director of Strategic Programming for Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources. She currently oversees program delivery of Gwinnett’s $190 million water and sewer bond. Lisa previously served as an environmental engineering consultant for over 26 years on water\, wastewater and industrial design and construction projects. She is a proud Gwinnett County resident and has undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Duke University. \n\nWayne Hofmann | Finance Director\, Wade Trim\nWayne Hofmann is committed to efforts that enable our communities to thrive and prosper. With a background that includes engineering\, community planning\, construction\, and project finance\, he seeks to bring insight\, resources and relationships together to solve complex problems and fulfill community needs. Wayne is the Infrastructure Finance Director of Wade Trim. In his role\, he assists community leaders and decision makers in identifying civic needs and priorities and developing funding strategies to support those efforts. Previously he worked as a Project Development Lead for Spence Brothers\, a commercial and institutional construction manager. Wayne was awarded the Great Lakes Bay Ruby Award\, recognized as an outstanding Professional “Under 40” in the region. He is very active in the community\, having served as past Chair of Bay Future\, Inc. and the Great Lakes Bay Economic Club\, and as President of the Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy. \n\nMODERATOR:\nChris Haney | Senior Vice President/Director of Client Services\, Wade Trim\nChris\, a Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services for Wade Trim\, has a proven track record of delivering award-winning projects for U.S. Water Sector Clients. Over his 26 year career\, he has successfully led clients in the planning\, design\, and construction of water\, wastewater\, stormwater\, and recycled water systems in 39 states\, Puerto Rico and China. Since 2008\, Chris has championed Resource Recovery\, Sustainability\, Resiliency\, One Water and Utility of the Future initiatives. He has also worked on numerous master plans which have identified more than $4.5 billion capital projects for water infrastructure and treatment facility upgrades. His background includes the piloting and business case evaluations of new technologies and innovations leading to full scale implementation.  Chris has served as principal-in-charge\, project director\, technical advisor\, or project manager on the planning and design of water infrastructure and treatment plant expansions totaling more than $1B in construction costs at facilities ranging from 0.5 MGD to 1.2 BGD. He resides in and is native to the Metro Atlanta area and is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology. \n  \n
